Delete your ISPFindr account
This page permanently deletes your account on ISPFindr, the Android app and website by GenByte, together with the data linked to it.
Your account is deleted
Your profile, reviews, comments, reports and other data linked to your account have been removed. You have been signed out on this browser.
If the ISPFindr app is still open on your phone, sign out there too. Uninstalling the app also clears the diagnostic readings stored on the device.

Deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone, photo, area and bio
- Google sign-in link to ISPFindr
- Your reviews, ratings and comments, and replies under your reviews
- Reports you filed, with any network details you attached
- Customer IDs you linked to providers
Not affected
- Anonymous speed test averages, which were never linked to you
- Server logs, which expire within 90 days
- Readings stored on your phone, until you clear the app or uninstall it

Confirm with a code
This cannot be undone. To make sure it's really you, we'll email a 6-digit code to the address on your account.
Other ways to delete
In the app: open ISPFindr, go to Settings, and tap Delete account.
By email: if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my ISPFindr account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
You can also delete single reviews, comments or reports without closing your account, from your profile. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
