Local ISP offered poor customer service and consistently experienced slow speeds at night (only 5 Mbps). The backup time was insufficient, especially during load shedding, and they don't even have a BDIX or FTP server. However, I found their local cache speed to be quite good that I'm getting upto 100Mbps bandwidth (My Router is non-gigabit). That's the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars otherwise I would have given them only 1 star.
